These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all orders and deliveries of "iDeal Group" AS filiale "iDeal" (service provider) and the business.ideal.lv online store (service). By using the service, purchasing products from the service or registering for the service, the user (customer) agrees to the conditions set out here and undertakes to comply with these conditions.

The service is intended for "iDeal Group" AS filiale "iDeal" customers. Clients can be legal entities, educational institutions or public administration entities. The Commercial Code of the Republic of Latvia applies in the commercial agreement concluded between the customer and the service provider, unless otherwise provided.
When ordering from the service, a binding sales contract is created when the service provider sends the user an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of the product. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order. The user is responsible for all orders made with his username and password and for the confidentiality of his username and password. When placing an order, the user takes into account that the order is binding.
5. Product prices
The price of the product is the price that is displayed on the service page with the product information at the time of ordering. The service provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices of promotional products are valid only during the campaign or as long as there are enough goods, unless otherwise stated. Transportation, tax and other similar costs are added to the prices of the products, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed as soon as the products are in stock. The possible delivery time estimate of the ordered products is based on the suppliers' stock info and is recommended. Reasonable delay in delivery does not justify cancellation of the order. The Service Provider shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or consequential damages. The service provider delivers the products for sale under a third party transport contract. The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in batches.
7. Availability information
The product range, prices and delivery information of the service come mainly from the systems of wholesalers used by "iDeal Group" AS filiale "iDeal". "iDeal Group" AS filiale "iDeal" is not responsible for incorrect information. Service availability information is updated daily, but may not be accurate at the time of purchase. Product availability information may therefore differ. Similarly, estimates of future arrivals are indicative and may not confirm actual arrival times.
8. Terms of payment
The customers of the service have a credit relationship agreed with "iDeal Group" AS filiale "iDeal" or are settled on a prepayment basis. Invoices are always issued for products after the goods have been shipped.
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. Defective product will be serviced. If maintenance cannot be performed, the product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product. Replacement or repair of the product will not extend the original warranty period of the product. The customer must report the detected defect within a reasonable time when the customer discovered the product defect. Warranty repairs are performed by the service provider.
The customer is obliged to check the received products. If defects or damage are found in the products, the customer must submit a complaint in writing immediately, but not later than 7 days after the arrival of the products. A free-form complaint can be submitted via the e-mail address email@example.com. The customer is obliged to inspect the products even if they are not used immediately. If no complaint is lodged, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the instructions.
11. Settlement of Disputes
If disputes arising from the Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, both the Customer and the Service Provider have the right to apply to a court to protect their rights.
