iDeal Business offers companies several flexible ways to purchase products: installment or leasing. Loans starting from EUR 500 to EUR 150,000 are available. Financing period from 6 months to 5 years. All payment solutions can be done remotely.

Trade-In

If your company no longer uses some of the smartphones, tablets and laptops, exchange them for brand new Apple devices. Send your used but working equipment to our office and we will give you a discount from the price of the new iPad, iPhone or MacBook to the value of the old device. The old device does not have to be an Apple product. If the existing devices are not working, then we will dispose of them without additional payment.

Insurance

With insurance, you will protect your company from unexpected expenses. iPhone and Apple Watch insurance coverage includes damage with a 2-year insurance period. Mac and iPad insurance covers damage, theft and robbery with a 2 or 4 year insurance period. Low deductible - only 50 euros. If the device cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one.

Extended Warranty

With the additional warranty, you will extend the warranty coverage for all Apple products, with the total warranty reaching up to 4 years. With an additional warranty, we will protect your company from out-of-warranty repair expenses even after the manufacturer's warranty expires. With an additional warranty, there will be no unexpected expenses for repairing the device. If the device cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one. Additional warranty has no deductible.

Service

iDeal Group" JSC branch "iDeal" is an authorized Apple warranty and after-sales service provider in Latvia. iDeal Serviss provides: a wide range of repairs; possibility to send the device for maintenance remotely; maintenance time booking and device repair status check online. Each of the service specialists has obtained an Apple certificate for the provision of technical support and service services. The service center is located in Riga, t/c Acropole, 1st floor, iDeal.
